Multi-brand retail activation
Project profile
One brand system had to land across stores of very different size and layout, covering five categories that rarely sit next to each other on a shop floor.
Campaign toolkit
5 tools and 22 installation views across retailers and formats.
Tool 01
The fullest execution in the programme: a Nescafé service counter, an illuminated Nestlé category run, a Milo nutrition end, a breakfast cereal wall and chiller graphics, fitted through one store.

The service counter is joinery, not shelving, and anchors the coffee category.

The Milo end carries the energy message on its own lit fascia.

A sculptural cereal feature breaks the run at child eye level.

Chillers carry the same fascia language as the ambient shelving.

Hydration, dairy, nutrition and breakfast systems fitted through a dense multi-floor Chase Up store, working around fixed shelving and low ceilings.

The hydration run is lit from behind the product rather than above it.

Blue shelf lighting separates the Nestlé block from the aisle around it.

Coffee, dairy and breakfast systems plus a seasonal back-to-school island, fitted across the Nazimabad store.

Coffee blocked under its own lit header band.
Chase Up Nazimabad · 2026
The dairy fascia runs the full length of the bay.

Cold coffee gets a lit chiller run of its own.

Breakfast carries character-led communication at child height.
Chase Up Nazimabad · 2026
A seasonal island drops into the same programme without disturbing it.
Chase Up Nazimabad · 2026Tool 04
A compact execution at Chase Up Johar, fitting the same lit category language into a smaller footprint.

The same fascia language in a smaller store.
Chase Up Johar · 2026
Shelf lighting carries the system where a full fascia will not fit.
Chase Up Johar · 2026
Product blocking does the work the fixture cannot in a tight bay.
Chase Up Johar · 2026Tool 05
The J. Mart execution, pairing the illuminated Nestlé category run with the store's own fitout.

The category run as fitted at J. Mart.

J. Mart · 2026Execution notes
PRINTSolutions built the programme as a kit of illuminated category systems that fit standard gondola runs, chillers and service counters, then fitted it store by store.
Each store takes what its floor allows — a Nescafé counter here, a Milo end and a breakfast run there — while the lighting, the fascia language and the shelf communication stay constant.
