Shopper campaign system
Project profile
One promotional mechanic had to land in fifty-one stores of wildly different size and layout, in the same window, with every shopper reading the same offer and knowing how to enter it.
Campaign toolkit
5 tools and 13 installation views across retailers and formats, with 1 construction view.
Tool 01
The piece that carries the offer: a printed floor standee with an arched top, an aeroplane graphic, the qualifying spend and the Lipton pack range. It needs no power and no floor fixing, which is what let it reach fifty-one stores in one window.

Standee and drop box travel together — the offer and the way to enter it, side by side.

In a wide modern-trade aisle the standee holds its own against the shelf run.
Carrefour, Packages Mall, Lahore
Sited in the tea category itself, the offer meets the shopper at the decision.

A tapered yellow plinth carrying the Lipton roundel, topped with a clear acrylic box so a shopper can see the entries stacking up. It is the mechanic made physical, and it is why the standee is a promotion rather than a poster.

The clear top is deliberate: visible entries are what make a draw feel real.

Imtiaz, MultanTool 03
A stepped three-tier unit in Lipton yellow with the campaign header printed across its crown, for stores with the floor space to give the promotion its own footprint.

Three stepped tiers put the range at reach and the offer above it.

Where a fixture would not fit, the product became the fixture: crated tiers of Lipton stacked into a podium with the campaign header set into the face. It carries far more stock than the freestanding unit on a similar footprint.

The header sits inside the stack rather than above it, so the whole block reads as one piece.
Carrefour, Emporium Mall, Lahore
Crate tiers carry the weight and the facing at once.
Carrefour, Fortress, Lahore
Built against the category run so the promotion extends the shelf rather than competing with it.

The campaign's largest single execution: a raised circular stage at the Al-Fatah mall entrance with an arched gantry, a phone cut-out feature and flanking standees, staffed for the promotion period.

The full activation, with the arch, the stage and the flanking standees.

PRINTSolutions built the campaign as a small kit rather than one fixture: a printed standee that carries the offer, a coupon drop box that collects the entry, a three-tier unit for stores with floor space, and a stacked product podium for stores without.
Each store took what its floor allowed. The standee and drop box travel together as the campaign's minimum viable footprint; the freestanding unit and podium add product where there is room for it.
